His initial assignment was as an 11B1P. On 23 Apr 64, he was assigned as a 91B2P with Company D, 19th SF Gp (A) RIARNG.
On 1 May 68, he transferred to the 705th Military Police Company, RIARNG.
He was discharged as a Sergeant (E-5) on 6 Jan 69.
